a) Once you / your team decides to shoot on a particular or tentative dates you can Ping us on whatsapp where our Chatbot Helps you with Exploring what is available at Arangaa followed by checking the availability and booking the slot.
b) If you have already been to arangaa and know what we provide you can directly head to Checking the Availability and book your desired slot online.
c) Minimum Booking time for any Slot at Arangaa will be 2 Hours.

a) You will receive a Slot Confirmation Message in Whatsapp and Email once you complete the Booking process
b) A GST Invoice will also be sent to you in Whatsapp / Email for the payment you had paid for Slot Booking.

a) You need to Select the Correct Entry time and Correct Exit time for Booking which Includes Make up, Shoot time & Packup time.
b) The Studio will be handed over only according to the timing mentioned at the time of booking.

a) Arangaa’s Pricing is Fixed for both Business to Business or Business to Customer.
b) Arangaa doesnt charge differently to Photographers or Direct Clients.
c) Note to Technicians: Arangaa’s pricing is transparent and open to everyone in our Website as well as Chatbot
d) Arangaa does not take responsibility if your Clients know our pricing and if you have over charged them for studio
e) Arangaa does not negotiate against any Name / Fame of any Artist or Celebrity.
f) Arangaa does not offer any discount directly or as referral fees to any person.
g) Arangaa’s pricing cannot be altered or negotiated irrespective of No of Hours or No of Slots Booked.
h) If the shoot is completed before the Slot end time as per your booking, we suggest our clients to explore more, rather claiming for a refund for the unused time.

a) Arangaa comes under composition scheme of Goods and Service Tax.
b) Arangaa Pays 6% of total amount collected to the Goods and Service Tax on quarterly Basis to Goods and Service Tax Department.
c) Input Credit cannot be claimed against the invoice issued through Arangaa.

a) On Cancellation of the Shoot due to any circumstances the slot becomes void and will not be refunded
b) No Show to the booked slot due to any circumstances will not be refunded.
c) No Refund will be done due to any unforseen circumstances occured in the studio due to Electrical Outages / Equipment failure.

a) Additional Hours will be Provided subject to availability on shoot day with additional hourly charges which has to be paid in the Studio.
b) Arangaa will not take responsibility of wrong calculation of hours during the slot booking time and is bound to handover the studio to the next client as per Booking Schedule.
c) Premium Materials will be provided on acceptance of additional Charges of

1. Rs 1000 for Single Pillar
2. Rs 2000 for Double Pillar
3. Rs 1000 for Kanchi Kailasanathar Backdrop

d) Rs 2000 will be charged Additionally if your Shoot Consists of more than 10People Including Kids

a) Charges will be levied on Actual Market Cost despite the depreciating cost of the product if damaged knowingly or unknowingly
b) We Suggest our Clients not to touch any of the Props / Lights & Modifiers unless necessary for posing to avoid Blame of Damage to the client
c) Any Prop Damaged by the Kid will also be charged on current day’s market price of the product for immediate replacement.
d) Any additional Billing Charged due to any kind of damage we request the client to settle at the time of Exit without any obligation.

a) Booking process is automated and cannot be altered Manually to a different date or time in the course of the day / different day
b) We suggest our clients to meticulously plan and then go through the Slot booking process as changing of slots is not possible.

a) We Consistently Monitor and Maintain our Electrical Connections for a smooth flow of our everyday production
b) A 2 KVA Inverter is Installed for Set Lights and Fans in the studio to avoid Blackout of Studio incase of Powercut.
c) A 5KVA Genset is installed to provide Photography and Videography Lighting Equipment to have a seamless shooting even on a 3 Phase Power Cut.
d) Air Conditioners will not function incase there is a 3 Phase Power Cut and will be resolved as per the TNEB Resolution.

a) We Provide one Assistant to help you with the Inventory available in regards to fixing of required backdrops, props and assist you with the Lights according to your requirement.
b) Our Assistants meet enormous number of Photographers and Videographers and Learn Different Lighting Patterns and we suggest our clients to mention if there is anything particular that they are looking for during the shoot.
c) Some of our Assistants might be trainees and request you to be generous in giving them enough amount of time and space to help you during the shoot.
d) It is Mandatory that 1 Assistant will be present all the time during the shoot.
e) All our assistants are Salaried, Tipping an Assistant is upto the wish of the client, management doesn’t involve in any kind of personal favours between client and assistants.

a) Arangaa does not have a reserved parking space in the studio premises
b) Two wheelers can be managed to be parked in the studio premises guided by the security guard
c) Cars needs to be parked in the side or Behind Roads of the Studio
d) Arangaa does not take responsibility for any toving of vehicles being parked against the rules of the Chennai Traffic Police or Greater Chennai Corporation.
e) Arangaa does not take responsibility for any dents or scratches of your vehicles parked in or out of the premises during the time of shoot.

a) Arangaa is situated in a Basement and does not have the facility to transport through Wheelchair
b) Arangaa does not have a facility of Lift in the Premises

a) 1 Restroom is available in the Groundfloor of the Building
b) Restroom is Cleanly maintained with a two time wash policy per day
c) Any Discomfort inside the restroom and needs attention we have staff in place to clean it on proper intimation to the management or studio assistants.
d) Restroom is Locked with an Access Card which helps us to avoid any outsider using it.
