The 100% Advance Amount paid is Not Transferable to a different Date / Time Nor Refundable.

When a time slot is being allocated for a client we do not accept any other booking hence the value of the guaranteed booking hours has to be paid by the client.

We encourage our clients to use the space for any purpose if they have booked it.
